State of the Word Teen Workshops

Invited teens from our partner high schools should join Southern Word mentors for an afternoon of writing workshops and community building. Activities will begin at 1pm. A pizza dinner will be provided. At 7pm, participants will join the audience for State of the Word at Tennessee State University’s Student Center Forum (3500 John A Merritt Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209).

Additional details and a detailed schedule will be provided prior to the day.
