2024 Summer Studio

Join Southern Word mentors and new artist collaborators at Summer Studio from June 24 through June 28, 9:30am to 2:30pm, at Nashville Public Library’s Studio NPL. Youth writers, artists, and producers will create, revise, edit, and polish work in preparation for performance and recording. Participants will take part in writing, music production, and performance workshops that will get them ready for collaborative projects. Participants will gather with family and friends on the final night for a showcase and listening session. Final showcase and listening session will be on Friday, June 28 at 4:00pm. Open to rising 9th through graduated 12th graders. Youth interested in participating must complete the application below.
